  • Health history & life readiness questionnaire
  • Body composition test
  • Evaluate weight loss goals & appropriate length of program
  • Set up appointment with Nutrition Coach, Personal Trainer and Life Coach

Meet with Nutrition Coach

First Session (1 hour)

  • Weight and Measure
  • Review nutrition plan / Start meal planning
  • Sessions are scheduled each week until completion
  • Weight Ins
  • Review Food Journal

Meet with Personal Trainer

1st session (1 hour)

  • Review health history questionnaire and goals
  • Start a workout program

2nd session (1 hour)

  • Review program
  • Workout
  • 1/2 hour meetings are schedule each week until completion
  • Re-evaluate weekly workouts

Orientation with Life Coach

  • Talk one on one
  • Set up group time for monthly meeting
  • Gain postitive insight to get you started emotionally
  • Address accountability in a supportive environment
  • 2 - 1/2 hour meeting are scheduled each month until completion

Weekly meeting with your Nutrition Coach, Personal Trainers and Life Coach are scheduled to help you meet your nutritional and physical goals.
